Primghar is a small community in Northwest Iowa. It is the county seat of O'Brien County. The major employers are the school, the hospital, and the state, county, and city governments. It is a bedroom community. In order to keep essential services in Primghar, we must support our local businesses. And in general be good citizens who ask, "What can we do for our town?"
