4th Annual RHS Picnic, Sat., Mar 10 -- noon to 5:00 p.m.

The 4th Annual RHS Picnic is coming up ... Saturday, March 10 from noon to 5:00 p.m. at the PERA Club Pavilion at 1 East Continental, Tempe, AZ. (I will provide a map.) ALL those who graduated or attended Ray High School as well as, Faculty, Staff, parents, and families are welcome. The 2011 Picnic gathered classmate from 1954-1986!

BRING YOUR OWN: Food & beverages (most people grab some fast food and I'd be happy to point out some places close by). NO ALCOHOL ~ I get some questions about this and I am happy to explain. I only collect enough money for the Pavilion b/c it is about getting all of us together so, in these days, it is just best to cut costs. You can only use the PERA Club's bartender and liquor ... then there is security. See, costs are rising. The main reason is that I already worry about all you traveling to and from the picnic and I just don't need that stress. Many groups/classes have organized an "after picnic" dinner and/or happy hour so if anyone wants to organize one, I'd be happy to give you some contact info for your particular class. ~ Make sure to bring a jacket/sweater for yourselves and especially for your parents. The Pavilion can be closed off and heaters are available. Note: One side can be closed off at no charge with an additional charge for each other side. ... same for the heaters. I always check the weather beforehand so you shouldn't worry. RSVP is requested by March 7th. Cost is based on number of attendees although it is expected to be approximately $10.00 or less ~ the more people, the less the cost so please try to get those from your particular class to come join in "gab fest."
