- 1 year from date of purchase - 25% rebate of initial
purchase price
- 2 years from date of purchase - 20% rebate of initial
purchase price
- 3 years from date of purchase - 15% rebate of initial
purchase price
- 4 years from date of purchase - 10% rebate of initial
purchase price
- 5 years from date of purchase - 5% rebate of initial
purchase price
There will be a 10 year limit on the rebate from the time the lots are
first listed. PAC does not want to own lots, so there will be no
contract sales. The Dedication Deed and Plat, and the Declaration
containing conditions, covenants, restrictions and easements are
available.
