TopEVEN PAY/EASY PAY
Pay the same amount every month, no matter what the weather is like! How does this work?
Even Pay averages out the seasonal variations of your utility costs. We'll calculate your Even Pay amount based on your previous utility costs. Twice a year, any difference between your actual charges and your Even Pay charges will be averaged into your new payment amount for the following year or you can make an extra payment to catch it up.
PLUS-
Even Pay works most efficiently when combined with Easy Pay, which allows you to deduct payments automatically from your checking or savings account from any bank any where. This is the easiest and most cost-effective way to pay your bill on time, and it's free. That's all there is to it! Even Pay is designed for residential customers with at least 12-months of good history with the City. Participants may not be delinquent with utility payments.
To sign up, please stop by or call City Hall at (712) 957-2435.

Do you like to be there for people in their time of need? Had a lifelong dream of going into the medical field, but the schooling wasn't for you? Then do we have the opportunity of a lifetime! The ambulance team is seeking persons who would like to become EMT's! We need citizens to step up, and help out in order to keep the ambulance fully staffed 365 days a year, or 31,536,000 seconds a year. All it takes is a second for something to happen. Aren't you comforted by knowing that there is help in the same community, and that you don't have to wait? The only way this is possible is for people like you to volunteer! If you have questions, or would like further information please contact Loretta Edwards, Susan Smith, or Clara Black.
